Nine Elms on the Southbank is the final chapter in an extraordinary story of transformation in the heart of London. Situated on the Southbank of the River Thames and straddling the London boroughs of Wandsworth and Lambeth, it is one of Europe’s largest regeneration projects and includes the re-development of the iconic Battersea Power Station.

Camargue was chosen to showcase and promote the regeneration, positioning it as distinctive, deliverable and internationally significant. We created an integrated campaign which included myth busting, profile raising and stakeholder engagement with UK and international media, political influencers and the wider public. Our objective was to explain, reveal and generate excitement around the sheer scale and breadth of the project, little understood by many at the time.

The communications programme helped put Nine Elms on the map and captured global attention.

"Camargue was brought on to the project in the early stages and played a fundamental role in helping us to define our messaging and establish a communications framework. They helped us to raise the profile of the area and make huge strides in building awareness, as well as delivering valuable counsel in a busy period."
