Interserve seeks to redefine the role of support services, demonstrating its expertise as a highly commercial and strategic partner to both private and public sector organisations. Camargue’s brief is to deliver an ambitious communications programme which supports this position, targeting opportunities within key media sectors to develop Interserve’s reputation for thought leadership on trends within workplace design and management, technology, sustainability, personnel management and security. 
A key element of the campaign has been to profile the diversity of the facilities management industry and the skills that exist within it – looking beyond simply maintaining buildings to business-critical services, from security and front of house to catering and probation. Working alongside the commercial team, we have also supported Interserve’s research programme on the nature and delivery of the workplace experience – a two year project to understand and harness the power of the workplace to maximise employee productivity and drive commercial success.
