Since 2014, Camargue has supported Liberty’s plans for a major mixed-use community on a greenfield site north of Horsham, West Sussex.

Camargue devised and ran an integrated communications campaign that helped secure an allocation in the local development plan and planning permission for 2,750 new homes and a 500,000 sq ft business park. Our team supported the project at a time of heightened political sensitivity heading into elections, ensuring politicians, local media and the community were aware of the many benefits the development would bring to the area.

Our detailed knowledge of the planning and decision-making processes meant we were able to execute a campaign that peaked at the right time, managed the impact of local objections, generated support, and gave local councillors the confidence to back the scheme.
