Navana is pioneering a new approach to property and asset management using the latest technology and best practice in customer experience to deliver value for clients and communities.  Working across the residential, mixed use and commercial sectors, its capabilities include property and asset management, place and experience consultancy and investment services.

The business was launched in 2019 by three experienced property entrepreneurs.  They wanted a communications partner that could help Navana articulate why it is different, establishing and growing the brand’s profile through a sustained marcomms programme.

We developed a communications strategy for the business, working with the team to define its key messages and how Navana is challenging traditional ways of working in estate and asset management.

We recognised early on that a young business would get traction by focusing on its people and what they have to say.  Our approach has been built around placing fresh, bold perspectives from Navana’s experts on ESG, tech and customer experience as key issues for developers and investors.  We have quickly established an outstanding profile for Navana in property trade media, while also pushing the business up the value chain by showing how its approach can help clients achieve their organisational and commercial goals.

We also provide wider consultancy around events and networking programmes, digital engagement and industry awards as part of an integrated approach.
