Camargue has boosted Cornwall’s profile as one the best locations in the world for broadband with a campaign that delivered stand-out results nationwide.

Cornwall is second only to Japan in worldwide broadband connectivity. The joint venture in charge of the county’s broadband roll-out, Superfast Cornwall, tasked Camargue with putting Cornwall on the map as a great place to work, live and do business.

Camargue’s plan focused on creating strong media profile and building advocates for the county’s innovation.

Standout results included widespread national media exposure, including multiple broadcasts with BBC Breakfast. Briefings with MEPs resulted in Superfast Cornwall being cited as a success story in the European Parliament and Eddie Copeland, Head of the Technology Policy Unit at influential think tank Policy Exchange, took a keen interest in Superfast Cornwall’s success.
