Delivering consultation and stakeholder engagement for the draft 2024-2028 Noise Action Plan.

Every five years, an airport with more than 50,000 movements per year must develop a Noise Action Plan that sets out the actions it will take over that period of time to reduce noise.

Camargue supported Heathrow Airport in delivering this project throughout the process. From helping to craft a brand motif for the draft Noise Action Plan, under the strapline ‘Our Journey To Quieter’, to creating engaging video content for the website.

The new brand motif helped to communicate Heathrow’s desire to work harder to shape operations with the aim of minimising impact from noise and underline its commitment to act as a good neighbour to those living locally.

Camargue delivered a full programme of stakeholder engagement and communications activities, including digital advertising (Spotify and Facebook), video content, mailouts to over 290,000 local residents and engagement with political stakeholders, supported by in-person and online events.
