The Government Property Agency (GPA) is leading one of the UK’s biggest workplace transformation programmes, managing over 50 per cent of the government office portfolio.

It is delivering a smaller, better connected, better quality and greener estate to support the work of civil service teams and bring them closer to the communities they serve.

We are communicating the scale and ambition behind the GPA’s programme, demonstrating its delivery for clients and showcasing the regional growth opportunities it is unlocking through major development projects like the Darlington Economic Campus.

In dialogue with the agency’s senior team, we established a marketing and communications strategy for the GPA, including developing its messaging. Our Camargue team is now helping to put this strategy into action. Our programme includes media relations, positioning the GPA at the forefront of office design, technology and management trends. We are also supporting its client engagement including through its first major client conference in 2024.

Our role includes advising on the GPA’s approach to stakeholder engagement. We have worked closely with its team to create a best practice, principles-led guide to ensure the way the agency consults and communicates on its projects reflects and enhances the wider GPA brand.
