New trustee board gets started.
Camargue is welcoming its second trustee board – with new members bringing fresh thinking and perspectives.

A new trustee board refreshed by internal and external members is setting about its work as 2026 gets underway.
Graeme Buck, Amanda Barry, Isabel Stanley, James Ford, Angharad Chandler, Max Hammond, Jamie Seabright and Giles Venn have officially started as Camargue’s second trustee board since Camargue became employee-owned in 2022.
The group held a handover meeting with outgoing and original trustee board members this week (3 Feb). They will take forward the trustee board’s important work and continue to support the smooth and successful running of the business.
New chair of trustees and independent member, Graeme Buck, said: “Camargue means a lot to me and I want to see it succeed and thrive. Having worked in the business earlier in my career, I’m thrilled to be back as a trustee and to help influence and steer what is a really sound business doing excellent work. Here’s to what the new trustee board can achieve together and to the next chapter of the business under employee ownership.”
Alongside Graeme Buck, now director of communications at ABTA, the new trustee board members are: Amanda Barry, independent trustee member and a vastly experienced PR coach and consultant, account director Angharad Chandler, associate director Max Hammond, creative design associate director Jamie Seabright, associate director Giles Venn, and directors Isabel Stanley and James Ford.
Ben Copithorne, managing director at Camargue, said: “The best businesses, in my view, combine relentless innovation with the consistency and dependability that clients can trust. Camargue is approaching its 40th birthday and we’re in our fourth year under employee ownership. Our new trustee board has absolutely the right skills, insights and perspectives to support our management team as we push for the best possible future for our clients and our staff.”
The trustee board will meet for its first formal meeting in June.
