That could be making the case for much-needed housing in rural areas, or shaping town centre redevelopment.

We know the planning process and support clients in securing consent, through effective engagement with community and political stakeholders. We manage formal consultation – overseeing everything from public exhibition through to engagement with young people – and help clients navigate the challenges that come with this.

As decarbonisation becomes a greater priority, we support on national and local programmes to retrofit buildings and make the most of the country’s existing assets. We know making efficient use of space is important – and our experience in brownfield regeneration means we can advise clients on how to do this. Whether that’s building social infrastructure on disused town centre land, or transforming an industrial site into a thriving new residential community.
