Camargue was appointed in 2017 to help launch new housebuilder Legal & General Homes to the market, and then run an innovative PR campaign to drive the sale of homes at its first site, Buckler’s Park in Berkshire, which comprises 1,000 homes, a new country park and primary school. Working closely with the marketing team at Legal & General Homes and later parent company CALA Group, Camargue helped shape the brand strategy, corporate positioning, tone of voice and messaging for the new housebuilder.

As the business expanded, we delivered active and imaginative campaigns across the housebuilder’s developments, adding Finchwood Park in Berkshire (1,500 homes) and Cross Trees Park in Oxfordshire (515 homes) to Buckler’s Park, and preparing to launch an additional site in Didcot, Nobel Park.

Camargue’s work spans the delivery of creative national and regional media relations, especially to promote resident case studies and articulate the businesses’ social value contributions; a successful cross-sector awards strategy (Property Week’s Newcomer of the Year at the RESI Awards and Gold at the cross-industry UK Customer Experience Awards); and extensive multimedia content creation for the housebuilder’s marketing collateral, website and Twitter, Facebook and Instagram accounts.
